Black Ring (Costs 2 Actions): Thoth-Amon wields a magical item called the Black Ring. The ring can summon a storm of demonic shades that swirl around Thoth-Amon in a 60 foot radius. Anyone caught in this storm must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 5d12 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A target killed by this damage rises up as a zombie under Thoth-Amon's control at the start of his next turn.
